DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
1.1. Delivery Time:
All domestic orders placed through hatclo.com are delivered via MNG Cargo and Hepsijet between Monday and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00.
Orders placed on Hatclo’s online store are shipped within 2-4 business days. During peak periods, shipping times may be extended.
1.2. Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees vary based on the total weight of the order and the delivery address. The total cost, including shipping, will be displayed at the checkout page.
1.3. Delivery Address:
Orders are shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address is accurate and complete. Hatclo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
1.4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the courier company's website.
2.1. Return Period:
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or create a return code from the "My Orders" page.
2.2. Return Conditions:
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Products with removed tags or that have been used will not be accepted.
2.3. Return Process:
Return the product to the designated address along with the original invoice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged, in which case the shipping fee will be covered by Hatclo.
2.4. Return Approval and Refund:
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure compliance with return conditions. After approval, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
3.1. Damaged Products:
Inspect your package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, request a report from the courier and do not accept the product. Contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange or return.

Orders outside of Turkey may be subject to additional customs fees. Hatclo is not responsible for these charges or for any fees resulting from the return of orders due to unpaid customs fees.
