WHICH COURIER WILL HANDLE MY ORDER AND HOW WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
Orders within Turkey are delivered via MNG Kargo and HepsiJet within 3 business days. For purchases from the European Union, Asia, and America, delivery is made via UPS and DHL within 5 business days. For international shipments, customs duties may apply depending on your country. Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

How Do Exchange and Return Processes Work?

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order via the WhatsApp Support Line at +90 541 498 53 81. For your exchange request to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions: the exchange period (7 days) must not have expired, the product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
