ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products listed below, sold by the Seller to the Buyer, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL TERMS

4.1. The Buyer declares and acknowledges that they have read, understood, and confirmed the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the product mentioned in Article 3 electronically.

4.2. The product will be delivered to the Buyer within 30 days from the date this agreement is established. If, for any reason, the payment for the product is not made or is canceled in bank records, the Seller will be deemed released from their obligation to deliver the product.

4.3. If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the recipient’s refusal to accept the delivery.

4.4. The Seller is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and accompanied by any applicable warranty certificates and user manuals.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty within 14 days from the date they receive the product.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email or phone within this period, and the product must be unused and its packaging undamaged.

5.3. Upon exercising this right, the Buyer must return the product along with the original invoice and proof of return shipment (courier delivery receipt) to the Seller. The product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days after the receipt of these documents.

ARTICLE 6 - GOVERNING COURT

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are authorized.

ARTICLE 7 - EFFECTIVENESS

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms of this agreement and confirms it electronically. This agreement becomes effective on the date it is confirmed electronically by the Buyer.
